Silcock Dawson was appointed to undertake the Building Services engineering on the refurbishment of a 60,000 sq ft office block to provide a new headquarters building for Universal.

The refurbishment involved the stripping of the building back to a shell and a Category A fit-out to provide fully air conditioned office accommodation using a four pipe fan coil system.
