The Forum Solent Business Park has consent for 600,000 sq.ft. of accommodation comprising of new high profile buildings offering flexible office accommodation within a mature landscaped environment.

Striking glass and metal cladding encloses flexible, open plan, office space and all the buildings overlook the central parkland and a lake. Forum 1 is 70,000 sq. ft. and Forum 3 is 48,000 sq ft; both buildings are complete and let.

Extensive computer modelling was carried out on these predominantly glass buildings to demonstrate compliance with Part L2 of the Building Regulations using the Carbon Emission method.

Forum 4 was completed in 2005. Forum 5 & 6 are due to commence on site in autumn 2005.
