Construction of a new 27 storey residential tower block together with an 8 storey office building linked by a new piazza. The plan form of the tower is a dynamic four-sided shape with curved corners, which presents a different appearance when viewed from each side.

The development is being built on the site of existing derelict industrial buildings and will comprise a total of 235 apartments with retail units at ground floor level.

Levels 1 - 8 are social housing and levels 9 -27 are market for sale units.

The building's heating and hot water will be served from a central plant using a combination of CHP and gas fired boilers.
