A Full Design Service is being provided for the planning and implementation of the Utilities infrastructure. Performance specifications were written for the conversion of the existing Warehouse building, situated beside the River, in the centre of the City.

The building will comprise of 24 high quality apartments, including a very high quality penthouse formed by a rotunda at the top.

The Ground Floor level will include 20,000 sq.ft. Office accommodation and a Restaurant, both of which will be fully air conditioned.

The building will also include a Car Park situated at Basement level.
