High Cross Quarter in Leicester is a new focus for city living, eating, shopping and entertainment.

Covering a 10-hectare site, the equivalent of 20 football pitches, High Cross Quarter will absorb the existing Shires shopping centre to become a single vibrant destination of over 100,000 m2. £350 million is being spent on transforming this part of the city centre.

Silcock Dawson's brief was to develop the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services for the residential fit out of 144 apartments over 5 blocks surrounding The Shires Shopping Centre in central Leicester.
