This is a new build two storey, 55 bed nursing home on a brown filed site, which will specialize in dementia care. Each unit is designed as a separate living and dining facility with the required ancillary accommodation provided on each level. A new kitchen and social areas are also included.

The scheme will utilise sustainable engineering with regards to solar thermal for the domestic hot water and air source heat pumps to assist in the heating of the building.
