120,000 sq.ft. non-food Retail Park Development which involved major services diversions and highways works.Tenants include; Boots The Chemist, Car Phone Warehouse, The Outfit and McDonalds Restaurants.

Special attention was given to lighting the walkway areas and Piazza, where continuous lighting is provided on the building facade which changes colour on a timed cycle.

The construction was carried out on a traditional basis and was completed within 12 months.

Major data and electrical underground services had to be diverted to enable the Shopping Centre to be built. This was fully detailed and controlled by Silcock Dawson & Partners.
