Shopping Centre re-development, rationalising the number of original tenants from over twenty small Shop Units to seven larger Units, including retailers Wilkinsons, Jessops, Laura Ashley and Peacocks.

The re-development also involved creating a new Mall entrance, plus a new first floor Management Suite.

Service design elements included incoming power, water, telephone and sprinkler supply main for each Tenant’s Unit, modification of primary Landlord’s supply, extract and toilet ventilation systems/controls, a new Mall smoke extract system, decorative lighting, PA, fire alarms and small power.
