Located in a major business area near the international airport, this is one of Spain’s largest carrier-neutral facilities with a total of 233,458 sq.ft. of space.

We are responsible for the full design of the Mechanical and Electrical Services, together with full site involvement, on this large project.

The facilities information is confidential apart from the total electrical load details, which is 16 MVA.
