96,000 sq.ft. call centre with welfare facilities including Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Recreation and Medical facilities.

The main telesales floor areas are fully air-conditioned using a displacement ventilation system.

The building is provided with a fully backed-up electrical distribution system, including UPS and stand-by generator.

The building was procured through a 'traditional' route and was constructed in 12 months.
