This new footbridge river crossing in the heart of Leeds required a discrete and low maintenance lighting design solution to integrate seamlessly within the architecture of the steelwork.

With this in mind, Silcock Dawson assisted in the development of an ultra efficient LED based lighting scheme proposal.

The entire structure of the footbridge was modelled using dedicated lighting calculation software and rendered to produce a realistic visualisation of the final installation.

Our ability to produce in-house, three-dimensional simulations such as these are of great benefit to our clients especially where illumination of detailed architectural features is required.

The luminaires blend neatly into the Bridge design and the effects achieved are stunning.
