The facility includes Distribution Warehousing and Factory Units, ranging in sizes from 50,000 sq.ft. to 800,000 sq.ft.

Silcock Dawson have recently completed the new 750,000 sq ft distribution centre for B&Q, this development was awarded development of the year at the 2003 Yorkshire development awards.

Silcock Dawson & Partners duties incorporated infrastructure and utility services, in conjunction with Building Services Engineering and co-ordination of the Office accommodation to each Factory Unit.
