Peter Lindsay

Peter commenced his training at Oscar Faber Consulting Engineers in St Albans before moving on to the multi-disciplined Building Design Partnership head office in London.

Peter has been at Silcock Dawson since 1998 starting as a Senior Engineer, promoted to Regional Director in 1999 and became a Director in 2014. During this time he has established an excellent track record in delivering complex projects through his ability to recognise key design issues and challenges presented on projects and building relationships with clients and design team members to deliver successful projects solutions.

The vast majority of Peter’s schemes have been built and he has seen them through from initial conception to completion. He has extensive experience in all sectors of the construction industry and has successfully delivered award winning mixed use schemes, major education faculties, and complex residential developments.

Recent built schemes include Shorefields School for pupils with a range of complex, severe and profound learning needs, and a major retail shopping park for Hammersons.

Outside work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family and watching all sports particularly his local rugby club, Old Albanians.
