Following the retirement of Eddie Dawson in 2014, the other founding Partner John Silcock retired from the firm at the end of March this year, 30 years after forming the firm in 1984.

Paul Ross and Chris Smart, who have been with the firm since 1985 and Partners since 1987, together with Nigel Purdy and Peter Lindsay, are now the sole shareholders and Directors of the company.

All four of the current Directors have been involved in the management of the company for over 20 years and provide continuity at a senior level.

Paul Ross who last year took over role as Managing Director from John Silcock stated;

"I would like to thank John & Eddie for their past achievements in developing Silcock Dawson & Partners to where it is now an established firm of Building Services Consultants that is highly regarded within the industry. We would like to wish them both a long and happy retirement. The current Management Team are now looking to build on the work of the past 30 years and are looking forward to guiding the Company through the next phase of it's development"
