A new storage and production facility for Crompton Technology Group (a division of Goodrich). has been completed.This unit comprises of 109,000 ft2 of production space and 19,000 ft2 of three storey offices.

Network 40, a development by Albion Land, is located off junction 11 of the M40 at Banbury. The overall development comprises two large industrial units. The first unit was completed last year for First Line.

Silcock Dawson have provided the Mechanical, Electrical and Utility Consultancy Services and are also the BREEAM Assessors on this development for both the shell and fit out on behalf of CTG.
