Alumno Developments have submitted a Planning Application for a new 220 bedroom student accomodation building in Norwich.

The proposed development will include:

Around 220 rooms and management facilities
Car free student housing in a city centre location next to the bus station
Renovating 50 All Saints Green (a Grade II listed building)
Demolishing 52 & 54 All Saints Green creating a new public space or 'square' with landscaping and plants

The majority of bedrooms will be in self-contained cluster flats with six ensuite bedrooms with a kitchen/lounge. There are also a small number of self-contained studios. The management office, and reception are located on the ground floor, whilst the common room and other associated amenities are located around the building.
