The Springfield University Hospital residential development is set amongst 32 acres of attractive parkland.
The site is largely residential, comprising of mainly terraced and semi-detached housing of two to four storeys in height and comprising of 312 Homes, of which 63 (20%) are affordable homes and 333 sq.m. of commercial space.
Barratt London are developing parcels B1, B2, C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, E2, L and M.
Silcock Dawson are providing detailed MEP designs, including coordination of the site wide district heating system and utility services.
