Silcock Dawson have been appointed by Countryside Properties to provide full MEP consultancy services for delivering Phase 3 that will deliver 345 residential units, a Lidl store and 6,500 sqft of other commercial space.
The design includes landscaped podia, concealed parking courts and M4(3) and M4(2) homes, with the units now meeting Nationally Described Space Standards
Landlords areas and utility distribution to be designed in 3D Revit.
