This new community will benefit from over 2,900 new homes, cafes, restaurants and retail facilities along with its very own residents only gym and concierge service.
This new destination has been created for a lifestyle of convenience and freedom for all its residents.
Silcock Dawson designed Blocks R and S in Phase 1 of the development, which are now complete. We are currently designing Block A.
We are also appointed to carry out construction monitoring, commissioning management and validation of M&E services across all buildings and the new district heating network.
