Grosvenor Waterside is a contemporary development of studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses built around two historic docks and located opposite Chelsea Bridge.
The scheme comprises 164 apartments (Chadwick House) and 159 apartments (Caro Point). The development will have its own gym, spa, juice bar, business centre, concierge and security service and underground car parking.
The apartments are to a very high specification, including under floor heating and full cooling/ventilation system. Silcock Dawson have been commissioned to carry out the full design for the mechanical, electrical and public health services.
