Eddie Dawson

Eddie began his career in 1967 in the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Contracting Industry when he commenced a 5 year indentured apprenticeship.

This training culminated in obtaining his Diploma in Environmental Engineering at Newcastle Polytechnic and leaving the HVAC Contracting Industry and all of the practical experience gained before entering the world of Consulting Engineering for the first time in 1973.

Between 1973 and 1984 Eddie gained experience on major commercial and banking projects working for the major Financial Institutions of the time e.g. Postel and BA Pension Fund. In 1984 Eddie was a founder Equity Partner of Silcock Dawson and now has a total of 40 years experience in the industry, 24 years of which have been at the helm of the Company.

Eddie has extensive experience in the retail sector having been responsible for clients such as; J.Sainsbury, Homebase and Budgens.
