14 December 11 London office development achieves Excellent BREEAM rating
Silcock Dawson are the appointed Building Services Consultants and BREEAM assessors for the new 139,000 sq.ft office development known as One Howick Place in London.
The Development is by Terrace Hill and joint venture partners Doughty Hanson and has been designed by architects Rolfe Judd.
The Development has achieved an Excellent Rating under the BREEAM Office Scheme.
The scheme includes a number of energy saving environmental features including Combined Cooling and Heating Plant and photovoltaic cells on the roof, designed to maximise energy efficiency and minimise the scheme's CO2 emissions.
