Silcock Dawson are the Building Services Consulting Engineer for Big Yellow Storage for this Mountford Pigott LLP designed mixed use scheme in Richmond containing a 92 Bed Premier Inn hotel, Office Accommodation and a new Reception for the retained Big Yellow Self Storage facility behind.
The building which faces the busy A316 will be the latest in a series of high profile developments along this stretch of the road linking Richmond and Chiswick.
The Energy Efficient building will use heat and power from its 30 kWe CHP and electricity from the array of photovoltaic panels on the roof.
The Project Manager is Jones Lang LaSalle.
