19 Jan 10 Planning Consent for Canada Water Site C
On 19 January, London Borough of Southwark resolved to grant planning permission for Conrad Phoenix's proposals for the regeneration of Canada Water Site C.
Canada Water Site C ia a new mixed use development comprising;
over 400 new homes
a replacement store for the sports goods retailer Decathlon
waterside cafes and restaurants
Silcock Dawson were appointed as Building Services Consultant for the project. Our services also included developing the energy strategy, Code for Sustainable Homes assessment and the Daylight Sunlight study.Subject to final negotiations, the development will be provided with heat via a district heating system supplied from SELCHP Waste Incineration Plant in Deptford, London.
The development is being designed to Code Level 3 under the Code for Sustainable Homes.
