Air Conditioning Inspections
The UK Government is committed to implementing the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) in January 2009. Article 9 of this Directive requires regular inspection of all air conditioning systems over 12kW. Those over 250kW capacity are to be inspected by an Accredited Inspector before 9th January 2009.

CODE FOR SUSTAINABLE HOMES
On the 1st May 2008 the Code for Sustainable Homes became mandatory for all new dwellings sold or let after this date. If a CfSH assessment is not carried out a ‘NIL’ rated certificate must be issued.
